Anti-Spam Policy

At SMTPmart, we have a strict no-spam policy. We provide tools for sending emails, but users must not use these tools to send unwanted or spam messages. If you receive spam from one of our users, please email us right away, and we will take action to fix the issue.

SMTPmart is committed to preventing spam. We value the privacy of everyone who uses our service and everyone who receives emails sent through it.

 

Laws Against Spam

The CAN-SPAM Act, enacted in 2003, establishes rules for sending commercial emails in the U.S. SMTPmart follows these rules closely. Violating the law can result in fines or even jail time for up to 5 years.

In India, the IT Act 2000 also bans sending harmful electronic communications.

 

How to Protect Yourself from Spam

All SMTPmart customers must follow these rules. If you receive an unexpected email, you can:

• Click the unsubscribe link in the email.
• Contact our support team to request removal from all SMTPmart emails.
• Email us at [email protected] if you think one of our users sent you spam.
